Tony Moore – Project Management & Controls
Tony is an accomplished consultant with over thirty years
experience in Start-up, Client, Consulting, Software, Energy
Operator and Contractor companies. He has over 30 years
extensive international Program/Project Management &
Controls experience in a wide range of industry sectors,
and has been a Project Manager on E/P/C, IT and SCADA projects
for domestic and international companies. He has directed
successful implementations of computer-based management
systems in both corporate and project applications.
Tony joined PSC in Houston in 1987 and was Lead Consultant
on our engagements with BP in Houston, the Gulf of Mexico
and Columbia; Sikorsky Aircraft and IBM Schweiz. Recent
PSC assignments have included AEA Technologies, and a Houston-based
energy company.
From 1980-1987, Tony was Manager, Estimating, Scheduling
& Cost Control with Texas Eastern Gas Pipeline Company
in Houston. Earlier experience was Matthew Hall Engineering
Ltd. (London); Holmes & Narver Inc. (Dhahran, Saudi
Arabia); Moody International (Tripoli, Libya); and Brown
& Root Inc. (Tehran, Iran).
Tony holds a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering;
a Diploma in Management Studies (Postgraduate); and a Certified
Diploma in Accounting and Finance (Postgraduate). He has
dual US and UK citizenship.
